  • Are your products tested on animals?
    No, although the lubricant formulas are indeed tested in laboratory conditions, this does not include the use of animal testing.
  • Can your lubricants be used with sex toys and condoms?
    Yes. All of our lubricants are sex toy and condom compatible, although we do advise that you undertake a discreet patch test on your chosen silicone sex toy before full use with our Hybrid lubricant - just to be on the safe side.
  • Are your products vegan friendly?
    Yes. All of our lubricants are vegan friendly, paraben free and contain plant-derived ingredients.
  • Is there a minimum age you need to be to use your lubricants?
    Just like condoms, our lubricants are geared towards freedom of use with no age restriction in place for the UK (this may differ for other countries). If the lubricant on your condom dries, our lubricants are the perfect supplement to increase the effectiveness of it.
  • Can you use Lubido lubricants when trying to conceive?
    We would suggest that if you are trying to conceive and you require a lubricant to facilitate the process, then you would be best using one that has been scientifically proven to aid the mobility of sperm, and in some cases even improve your chances. Reputable brands to look at would be Conceive Plus and Pre Seed – although they are a little more costly, they do give you peace of mind.
  • How do you get the pump to work?
    You need to remove the clip around the neck of the pump, then twist the pump top to the open position. Then pump as normal until the lubricant comes out.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept most debit and credit cards, through your PayPal account.
  • How much does delivery cost?

  • Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

  • What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
    If you are not satisfied with your products then please contact us at as soon as possible. Please make sure to state your order number. Alternatively, you can now WhatsApp us from the button below. You can either use WhatsApp on your computer or make a note of the number to use on the app on your mobile phone.
