SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to mainland UK addresses. 

We aim to deliver your goods promptly and within the timeframe stated at point of purchase. However, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so, in part or in full, due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order.

 

Deliveries are shipped Monday-Friday by Royal Mail. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed and dispatched until the following Monday.

 

You will receive an order confirmation email at point of purchase, and a separate dispatch confirmation email once the order has been processed.

All our products are sent in protective packaging to ensure they get to you in one piece. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or have a problem with the delivery please refer to our Return & Exchange policy below.

Please note: all our lubricant products are geared towards freedom of use. Therefore, just like condoms, our lubricants do not have a minimum age that you need to be to use them (relevant for the UK).

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any issues with your order please do get in touch with us - we will endeavour to replace or refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@mylubido.com, via our contact form on the contact page, or the chat feature, shown bottom right of our website, to discuss the issue. Please have your order number handy.

  • Orders that are to be returned, require to be done so within 14 days from receipt of your order, and only after you have reached out to us on one of the methods above to have your return accepted.

  • Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you must return it to us in a resalable condition; unopened, and in the same condition you received it in. The protective shrink wrap on the products should therefore still be in tact. 

  • For any damaged or faulty items, we will refund the return delivery cost and send a replacement item, free of charge, or refund the order amount. Please inform us of damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of receipt of the product, with photographic proof, and we will process the refund within 5 working days from acceptance of your return request. 

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage, either on your original order or the cost of returning the item, unless the product itself is faulty.

Please note: any reimbursement will be refunded via the method used by you to pay for the original purchase.
