Shipping Policy


We do not currently ship internationally and only ship within the UK mainland. 

We aim to deliver your goods promptly and within the timeframe stated at point of purchase. However, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order.


Deliveries are shipped Monday-Friday by Royal Mail. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. You will receive an order confirmation email at point of purchase and a separate dispatch confirmation email once the order has been processed.


All orders must be placed by and sent to persons over the age of 16.​

All our products are sent in protective packaging to ensure they get to you in one piece. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or have a problem with the delivery please refer to our Return & Exchange policy below.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any issues with your order please do get in touch with us. We will endeavour to replace or refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:

  • Please contact us immediately at to discuss the issue.

  • For any damaged or faulty items, we will refund the return delivery cost and send a replacement item, free of charge, or refund the order amount. Please inform us of damaged or faulty items within 24 hours of receipt of the product, with photographic proof, and we will refund you within 30 days of your notifying us. 

  • Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you must return it to us in a resalable condition; unopened and in the same condition you received it in.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage, either on your original order or the cost of returning the item unless the product itself is faulty.

Please note: any reimbursement will be refunded via the method used by you to pay for the original purchase (credit/debit card or PayPal).
